Blackthorn Walking Sticks

Now the Irish people modified the stick into very useful walking sticks these are known as the blackthorn walking sticks.
The blackthorn walking sticks are made form the blackthorn wood and its botanical name is Prunus spinosa. The blackthorn is a shrub that is deciduous and smaller in size.

The character of the wood is, it’s very hard, covered with sharp spines and the color of the wood is black with a shade of deep red with beautiful knots all this property gives more look to the stick.
